Southpaw Gym - Boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts Southpaw Gym of Neptune, NJ has over 100 years of combined experience in boxing, fitness, and martial arts. we are a No Ego Gym.

We teach Boxing, Kali Silat, Muay Thai, some element of CSW. Our founders were running one of the most successful fitness and boxing gyms in the state when they noticed the need for a place that offered authentic boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai in Neptune, NJ. That’s when they decided to start Southpaw Gym. We focus on creating lifelong relationships as we train the people in our community. Our team focuses on teaching the fundamentals of striking to help with everything from Silat to Muay Thai. Since we opened in 1989, our focus has always been giving back to the community that’s given us so much, which is what led us to open our after-school program. Here kids can learn self-defense skills and have time set aside for their homework.
