We had a huge turnout of girls trying out which made our job very hard in completing teams. Watch our page for posts about clinics & camps coming up. We want everyone to succeed at their level as much as possible!

🟦IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT🟦
Tryouts are 1 week away!

‼️PLEASE register with the links I’ve provided in advance. You will not be able to register on site.‼️

‼️I will NOT be registering girls on site with my personal laptop on the days of tryouts‼️
This is because I want to be able to be in the gym during each age groups tryout to see all of the awesome talent! If you have issues registering please email me ASAP so we can get that taken care of.

⭐️Things to do ⭐️

- Register & pay the Club tryout fee of $15 (A post with the links to tryout is pinned at the top of the page. You only need to attend one day of tryouts!)
- Pay the Junior membership fee to get your HOA number (I have a post pinned with the links & instructions for this)
- Bring your HOA number to tryouts. I have to have this number for your player to tryout (a screenshot on your phone will work!)
- Reminder to check the age calculator so your player is trying out in the correct group

How to obtain a HOA ID Number to be HSAV registered
‼️Please notice- you cannot purchase the membership until October 1st‼️
🔵Every player will need to pay the $15 fee to HOA before attending tryouts
🔵Every player MUST bring their HOA ID number to tryout

Things to do before tryouts
1. Register through the YMCA links provided on the tryout post & pay our club tryout fee of $15
2. After October 1st: Register through the HOA link I provided above & pay $15 to Heart of America to obtain an HOA ID number for tryouts

Youth Volleyball starts next Monday!
This is a great opportunity for our younger girls to learn the game!

Calling all 3rd–4th graders and 5th–6th graders—come learn the fundamentals, build your skills, and have fun on the court! The season wraps up with games so players can showcase what they’ve learned.

🍀 March came and went as fast as February 🍀

Here’s the recap as some of our teams wrapped up their season last month! 🥹

13-1s - 3rd place overall @ Mt. Vernon 🥉
16-2s - 3rd place overall @ Lawrence, KS 🥉
18s - Wrapped up season @ Regionals in KC 🫶🏼
14s - Wrapped up season @ Regionals in KC 🫶🏼
15s - Wrapped up season @ Regionals in KC 🫶🏼
12-1s -Brought home the hardware with a 1st place @ Springfield🥇
12-2s - Ended their season @ Lenexa with amazing growth from the whole team! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
16-1s - Wrapped up season @ Regionals in KC 🫶🏼
16-2s - Snagged Gold in Springfield to wrap up their season! 🥇
12-1s - Wrapped up season with a 1st in Gold @ Olathe 🥇
13-2s - This team continues to show grit and resilience through tough competition.

Club Volleyball can be stressful, exhausting, disappointing and then sometimes there’s glimpses of growth, support, love and happiness. This past weekend of volleyball was just that. 👏🏼👏🏼

We had coaches out with the stomach bug and family emergencies while other coaches stepped up and helped more than they’ll ever know.

Weekend recap:
12-1s - Snagged 2nd place at their home tournament 🥈
12-2s - Battled against OPY friends and got 3rd place at their home tournament
14s - Placed 3rd overall @ their home tournament
16-1s - Placed 3rd overall @ Olathe
16-2s- snagged 1st in the Silver bracket @ Lee’s Summit 🏅
18s - competed at Mt. Vernon and saw some great competition and brought home 3rd overall

The weekend was long but eventful with so much gratitude towards our coaching staff!🫶🏼🫶🏼

Officially hitting the middle of club season and seeing so much improvement!

12-1s secured the Gold @ Carl Junction 🥇
13-2s brought home some hardware with their 2nd place finish in the Silver Bracket @ Pittsburg🥈
15s competed their way to 1st place in the Silver Bracket @ Lenexa 🏅
16-1s battled through to 5th overall @ Independence
18s fought hard for 3rd overall @ Lenexa

13-1s battled all day and landed 2nd in Silver bracket @ Springfield
13-2s continue to grow as a team and look forward to more competition at the next tournament.
15-1s fought hard and got 2nd in Gold @ Blue Springs 🥈
18s showed up at the Shell Price 2-day tournament. Landed 7 out of 16 teams 💪🏼

12-2s brought home the hardware with a 1st place @ Springfield
16-2s battled out for 3rd in Gold @ Lenexa
16-1s competed their way for 3rd in Gold @ Springfield
