Diane came to me a little over a year ago because she struggled to find consistency with her workouts due to her hectic schedule.
She also fought with chronic neck and back pain, and knew that strength training was the answer.
Over the course of a few months Dianne not only relived her chronic symptoms, but doubled her overall strength. She now feels stronger and has more endurance than she did 20 yrs ago.
Let’s give Diane some love.

Clients who ONLY exercise to burn calories never truly enjoy the many other positive aspects that exercise can do for the body. They tend to only see it as a form of punishment and end up quitting much faster.
The thing is, exercise is more than just burning calories. It increases strength, balance, endurance, bone density, and your ability to cope with all forms of stress. It also improves sleep, keeps you mentally sharp, lowers your risk of heart disease and manages blood sugar. The list goes on and on.
So it’s time to start changing how you view exercise. What other aspects of exercising do you enjoy? In what ways has exercise positively impacted your life?
These are all questions I want you to consider before you step into the gym again.

When trying to create a healthy lifestyle, it’s imperative that you have a plan.
When a plan is written out, or at the very least you have a mental picture for the day ahead, your chances of sticking with it increases drastically. I have found that when I don’t have a plan, my day is more chaotic and I feel less grounded.
Try this!
The next time you’re laying in bed, ask yourself a few questions in order to get you prepped for the day ahead.
•What time do you plan to wake up?
•What do you plan to eat, when, and where?
•When are you going to workout and what muscle groups do plan to train?
And of course the day may not always go as planned…..sh*t happens. Just focus on doing your best, making adjustments, and keep rolling.
“Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.”
~Benjamin Franklin
