Clocks Over Calories & Macros
Are the clocks in you the most important thing in your life?
It really doesn’t matter what you think, or what you’ve been told, or who told you, or how much you trusted who told you....
Your clocks are the most important thing for health.
Clocks = Circadian Rhythm AKA Circadian Biology
Disease can manifest quickly
But optimal health improves way slower. This is also why people can live for decades before something major ‘pops’ up in their life.
This is also why most quit before reaching the critical junction of seeing/feeling the major changes that would have come.
And it is not weight loss, or better blood work labs....no no no....it is the person you become in the process. The other stuff will come.
Because a sick person who gets healthier than they used to be but remains the same person will eventually revert back.

UV Light- UVA
This UVA light does very special things just like sunrise. The hormones that were turned on during sunrise, some of those get turned off or turned down.
This is when we make serotonin, which eventually gets turned into melatonin.
This is the pre-light that helps to sulfate cholesterol. Sulfated cholesterol goes on to help create sulfated vitamin D, FYI The pill or liquid form that most uninformed doctors, personal trainers, nutritionists subscribe to you for vitamin D is not sulfated. It is bad for your health.
UV light does not pe*****te very deeply so when UV light is present it helps to create nitric oxide which helps to push the red blood cells up to the surface of the skin so that they are able to absorb that you the light. Your blood acts as a ‘ferry boat’ for UV light and drops it off at certain ‘ports’ throughout the body
Now most modern humans, never actually get these frequencies of light due to modern living. AKA indoor living, indoor working, beliefs about the sun, etc etc…
Red & IR/NIR light (available all day long) help to offset the damage of UV light, and most of the studies done on UV light were done with narrow band lamps. Red and IR/NIR also are the antidote for fake blue/green light.

Literally right behind their backyard. 3G-5G is worst nnEMF b/c of what it does to our size & shape (topology) of our cells (just one reason). Change the size and shape of our cells then cells don't work way they are supposed to. Electrons slow down, body becomes hypoxic, redox goes down, energy down, inflammation up.
Your zip code is more important than the food you eat. If you want 20 years of randomized control studies on the effect of cell phones and towers just look at the average american.

If you want to throw your $$ away donate to cancer research. St Jude goes directly to families as well as ronald mcdonald house, but thats just an attempt to do good b/c they are responsible for a lot of kids getting sick
Cancer is BIG business. They want you to get it, then go to chemo & drug route. Maybe you live, maybe you don't. They don't care. They say NEXT. It's up to you to put a stop on NEXT; live differently so you don't wind up in the oncology ward

Epigenetics is software that runs the hardware. The hardware is the DNA/RNA & it is not harmful to us unless the software allows it to express. It turns out in 2018 researchers to have found many bad cancer genes inside very healthy cells of people without cancer. This means we have total control of our DNA if we learn how to use the epigenetic programs inside mitochondria that control the process
If you want to get cancer or any other major disease--- avoid the sun. And when you have to go out in it---block it--with clothes, hats, sunglasses, contacts, glasses, sunscreen, umbrellas, tents, etc.
Your mitochdonria is driven by light. W all have cancer cells in us now, but how you live today, tomorrow, the next 10 years will determine if your body clears them or if the cancer mutates
