EastCoast Camping Adventures

It was enjoyable while it lasted, but we have sold our camper. Consequently, our camping adventures will come to an end, although we will continue to have other adventures and keep you informed.

Put the camper away or the winter. Drained the water, added antifreeze, doubled checked tire air pressure and put the cover on. Can’t wait to travel again next summer.

Spent the afternoon at Yankee Candle Village. We found Diane’s brick and I made a wax hand. Then we brought some Christmas presents. Fun day.

Minimal damage to underside of camper (just some insulation) and wheel. Tire replaces and rim repaired, and returned to camper. All is well.

Our trip to Boston was not a camping trip, but it was still an adventure. We visited several iconic landmarks including the Boston Marathon Booming Memorial, Old South Church, and the Boston Public Library. We also explored the city's historic neighborhoods and enjoyed local cuisine.

Made it to North New York City KOA very unleveled camp site, needed to put the legs way down. Stopped at a truck stop on the way. We look so small. Then Diane showed off her Ms. Pac Man skills. Home sometime tomorrow.
