Hanshi and I are so incredibly proud of the phenomenal weekend spent with our AIKA 🥋 FAMILY beginning with Shihan Wayne’s annual summer camp of 144 students ranging in age from five years old to ? #- from white belt to advanced Black Belts from all of our associated schools - and ending with our Advanced Belt promotion.  We are very pleased to announce the following promotions from our NB school --  Justin Mare - Shodan 2nd kyu, Jorge Nogueira - Nidan, Adam Perron - Jr Shodan and Sensei John Almeida Jr Yodan. AIKA promotions — Sensei Chris Amato to Renshi, Sensei Kevin Carey to Renshi, Sensei Sue Boush Sonia to Shihan, Sensei Tony Benevides to Rokudan, Shihan Mike Sonia to 7th dan and Shihan Wayne Mello to 8th dan Hanshi.
