We will be closing the pro-shop and course to the public starting December 25th. The last day the pro shop will be open for this year is December 24th from 9 am to 12 pm. Due to course conditions from recent weather, carts are not expected to be available until the spring. We plan to open the pro-shop and course for the 2026 golf season sometime in March, weather permitting.

Thank you for a great 2025 golf season and we are looking forward to the 2026 season. Wishing you and your families a wonderful and healthy holiday season!

The Second Annual Snowflake Classic was held Saturday, December 2 at Whaling City Golf Course. Forty-six players played in the warm 50 degree weather, compared to last year when it was a freezing 10 degrees. And the winners were……first place for the men, Dave Fatula and Jim Bergervin, followed by Bill Contois and partner Henry Garcia. In the women’s division were defending champions, Nicki Demakis and Carla’s Fitzgerald coming in first again , followed by Sandy Tillett and Temple Mitchell. Mixed winners were Steve and Darlene Peixoto. Best effort went to a Sandy Mulroy and her partner, Joanna Silva. Closest to the pin on hole #8 was won by Temple Mitchell with 8 1/2 feet. A big thank you to Mary-Jo Ahlander for putting on this tournament and her brother Steve for assisting and getting the prizes, making the sandwiches and playing in the tournament. Kudos for putting on the second best tournament at the Whale! Thank you from everyone who played in it! We had a blast!!!👏👏👍👍🏆
