New Year, Same Us! As I sit and reflect on the last 3 years the ups the downs and everything in between. I must say how proud I am of myself. Yes I just said that, and Iโm shouting it for the cheap seats in the back I am PROUD of MYSELF! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
There have been days Iโve been crazy hard on myself and then I look back in pictures and think holy crap! I have lost 20lbs (swipe ๐๐ฝfor before and after photos)๐ฑ๐ช๐ฝ
Of course, Iโm human. So have I gained a couple lbs and then lost it? Sure, thatโs part of the way it works. Plus I love food!

To anyone looking to get healthier and feeling good my words of wisdom are to NOT give up! No matter how silly, stupid, angry, discouraged, or tired you feel. Itโs all in making it a habit and a routine. After that it comes naturally!
Also, a HUGE shout out to at for being there with me throughout this journey and teaching me so much! I couldnโt have done it without you! Also to my bestie for being right there through it all too! I love our 3 amigo sessions together!
Not to forget to give a shout out to my spin bike! ๐๐ด๐ปโโ๏ธ My bike has seen me a hot ass mess and it never judges me! Mega shout out to at for being my favorite spin instructor and keeping me laughing while Iโm dying on the bike! ๐ฐ๐
