⚠️ Quick reminder ⚠️ Here is the pit vehicle chart we will be following this weekend. Please leave all those vehicles in the “NO” category home. This is a zero tolerance event. Only those 18 and older may operate a pit vehicle. Pit vehicle is for transportation around the event area. There are areas blocked off and there is no joy riding, woods riding or leaving the event area on a pit vehicle. Thank you!
Friday practice for the regional starts at 8:30am.
Haiden Deegan returns to the top of the 250 Class at High Point Raceway with his third 1-1 sweep of the season. The title fight is heating up—can’t wait to see it unfold at Unadilla MX! 📷 LeBig
Flagger help needed June 20. We train so no prior experience is required. You don’t have to be available all three days although it would be great if you are! Reach out to us by DM, email [email protected] or by calling 607-965-8450.
⚠️ ATTENTION PARENTS OF MINOR RACERS ATTENDING THE NE AMATEUR REGIONAL NEXT WEEKEND. ⚠️ We require both parents to sign the insurance release in order for a minor to practice or race. The AMA minor card will not be accepted as we use a different insurance company. If both parents are not going to be in attendance, the easiest way to meet the signature requirement is to pre-enter your minor racer. Please reach out to us if pre-entry isn’t a possibility so that we can help you with this requirement. Thank you! 🚸
🙏🏻 A big thank you to all who came, saw, rode and conquered MX Rewind 2025. It was great to see you again. We hope you enjoyed your time at Unadilla.
🎤 Chance Hymas at Thunder Valley MX: “Today was a perfect day. I was fastest in both qualifying sessions, led every lap in both motos, and got both holeshots. I really could not have asked for a better day. I’m so happy to finally get the monkey off my back and have a day like this.” 📷LeBig
Almost done with Saturday old school moto. SCHEDULE UPDATE FOR TOMORROW: 7:30 riders meeting; 8:00 practice. We hope you enjoy what is shaping up as a nice campfire evening.
Time to go old school!
Never like to have to do this but with the forecast for rain and thunder and lightning tomorrow afternoon, we are cancelling the grass track portion of the event. With the timing of it all we don’t feel we can safely get that in let alone give you a fun grass track race. Cross country in the morning should be fine and the MX track is prepped for the rain.
Plan to rewind time again and celebrate the history of the sport we all love. MX Rewind at Unadilla MX (June 6-8) is a full weekend of vintage racing. It has become the largest vintage event of its kind in the U.S. No membership of any kind is required for any of the racing on any of the three days! See you there!
Unadilla MX began in 1969 on land that was formerly a dairy farm. While motocross had a foothold in Europe after having started at the end of Would War II, it was not well known in America. But the potential was there. The original pro track began to be laid out towards the back of the facility but logistics soon made it clear that it would be less than an ideal location. Thus it was back to the drawing board and a course was laid out closer to the highway. That forward thinking continues to be appreciated today.
Unadilla took off in popularity almost from the first event. Over the years, Unadilla has been home to the 250 USGP, the fall Trans-AMA and Trans-USA series, was the first track in the U.S. to hold the MX des Nations, and has hosted a round of the Pro Motocross Nationals for the last seventeen years.
In 2000, “U-2” was unveiled. Part of “U-2” lays on what was originally planned as the pro track. A track with similar features to its big brother, it was and continues to be designed with amateur racers in mind and remains true to outdoor motocross with its long uphills and downhills, sweeper turns, and jumps.
The racing season typically opens in May and runs through September. Located in the rolling hills of Central New York, Unadilla holds events for both dirt bikes and ATVs. For over four decades, racing at Unadilla continues to be some of the best of the season for both racers and spectators.
