9:45: Introduction of Teams & First Pitch (coaches please line your kids up along the 1st and 3rd base lines) Elementary 4th, 5th & 6th grade Chorus members sing National Anthem

Anyone around and wanna come up to Chobani Field right now and help us move some dirt?! We have equipment. We just need manpower. 

With the impending rain, we are going to postpone field cleanup until Sunday morning at 9 AM. We realize many people go to church and should absolutely still do that!

We are going to start moving the clay at 9 AM and if people can make it then come on up!
I’m sure we will be there for several hours.

We have banners to put up, garbage and sticks to pick up and we need to clean the concession stand and bathrooms. If you have a rake and wanna work on the field, feel free to bring one!

Parent meeting this Wednesday, April 9th at 5:30 in the cafeteria. Come in the elementary entrance by the circle.

Reminder that forms are due this week!!!

If you are in great financial need and are unable to pay the registration fees, please contact Tresta Raymond at 607-244-1502 The league will work with you to make sure your child can participate.
On Wednesday, April 9th beginning at 5:30 pm there will be a parent meeting at Unadilla Valley Central School elementary side of the cafeteria.
April 12th starting at 9 am will be our field clean-up day! Please add the date to your calendar!
May 3rd will be OPENING DAY!!!! We will have a parade, games all day, lots of fun stuff!

Memorial Day Parades on Monday!!!

The New Berlin Parade Line up is at the park at 9am. You won't be able to drive up the road by the park so you will have to drop them off on rt 8 or on Cushman street. They will march to the lawn of Milford academy. There is a program on the lawn immediately following the parade. Wear uniforms, or at least hats please!

The South New Berlin Parade! There will be a service at the new firehouse from 12-12:30 and then at 12:45 line up at old firehouse for a 1:00 parade to the cemetery The library is hosting a bike decorating event before the parade if kids want to decorate bikes and then ride them in the parade!

Let's support our communities and show off our baseball and softball pride!

* * Bottle Drive: Tell parents to bring bottles and cans to the field that day please!
* * The photographer will be there all day. ALL kids need to get their photos taken at some point. They don't have to be together as a team though.
* * There will be 50/50 raffles several times so encourage parents to buy tickets please!
* * The concession stand will be open! It would be great if softball majors and minors could make a schedule of parents to work it, as this is the only day they are at our fields.
* * We will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, ice pops, candy, soda, water, Gatorade, ring pops, lollipops, etc. Please continually check for garbage.
* * The ice cream truck will also be up there that day.
