“Pewaukee High Athletics powered by Ethic Sports Performance creates an opportunity to raise the standard & separate from the competition. This relationship marries the proud Pirate community with the time tested, yet ever evolving practices E.S.P. utilizes. The vision is clear; deliver premium, evidence-based physical preparation programs to a student-athlete body yearning for disciplined, knowledgeable and virtuosic leadership. We’ve always believed RESULTS and RELATIONSHIPS to be the cornerstone of sports performance. This partnership boldly exemplifies FORWARD thinking, a health and performance FIRST mindset, and will undoubtedly place Pewaukee’s S & C program amongst the best in the state.
With this ‘togethership, we will SEPARATE, SOAR, and SUCCEED as we redefine each student-athletes potential and performance.”

Client Testimonial - via Jon Maser.

“E.S.P. has bolstered my strength, power and confidence. At 40, I’m now stronger than I was at 39. My lifts and conditioning have increased. Better yet, this training transfers to the sport of “Dadding.” I can now throw my son two feet higher in the pool and he weighs 27 lbs more than last year.” 💪😂

We love the transformations we take part in and all the humor that comes with it.

Sam Lorenz caps off his 2025-2026 szn with a 25.05 50m L Back Stroke PB & a 7th Place finish at USA Swimming National Championships.

“A top performer:
• Must perform under conditions of intense pressure
• Must understand that numbers drive everything • Is constantly under pressure from ambitious new competitors from all over the world
• Realises that last year’s record becomes next year’s baseline
• Constantly grows and re-invents themselves in order to stay at the top
• Is subject to brutal accountability— perform or you don’t play
• Must have sustainable drive, or achieving performance goals becomes difficult.”

“When you’re here, you’re family.”

Research shows that exercising with friends and family increases compliance and competitive outputs. Accountability, social interaction & the fun factor are large benefits. It also makes it easier on gas & time 😂 for families!

Jacks 8:30 group was missing Coach Court and Leah, but we think we topped the ESP session record with the Erickson & Kirby bros along with the Winter & Carman combos.
