To make things simple for building muscle and producing fat loss. To change your body composition you need to do 4 very important things :
1.) You need to do cardiovascular exercise for fat loss
2.) You need to be doing strength/hypertrophy training to build muscle
3.) To lose weight, eat in a calorie deficit. To gain weight, eat in a calorie surplus
4.) Increase your protein intake to promote muscle formation
