There are truly not enough pictures or words to summarize just how incredible this trip was. 🇨🇷

From beginning to end, every single aspect of our time in Costa Rica was beyond what I could have imagined. The beauty, the adventures, the food, the yoga, the laughter, the quiet moments, the connections we made—and simply getting to experience it all together—made this a trip I will never forget.

Anamaya and their entire team were absolutely incredible. The care, hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth they showed us made our experience so special. It truly felt like the perfect place for Prana’s first international retreat.

To everyone who joined Prana for this adventure, THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting me enough to travel to another country, step outside of your everyday lives, and share this experience with me. You are officially a part of a very special chapter in Prana’s story—our very first international retreat. 🤍

A huge thank you to Angela Ortiz for sharing your gifts with us and leading classes and workshops throughout the week. I’m so grateful you were part of this experience.

And finally, thank you, Costa Rica, for being such a magnificent place. For the ocean, the jungle, the sunsets, the wildlife, the waterfalls, the energy, and all of the moments we’ll be talking about for years to come.

A little glimpse into something truly special.

There’s something magical about practicing together surrounded by the beauty of Costa Rica—moving, breathing, connecting, and simply being present in a place like this.

Our Into the Elements Retreat at Anamaya has been filled with so many beautiful moments, both on and off the mat. My heart is so full and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who shared this experience with me. 🤍

Different bodies. Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different levels of experience. Different reasons for showing up.

There is no “yoga body.” There is no prerequisite for beginning. You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, strong, young, or look a certain way to practice with us.

This is Prana. There is space for you here.

Come as you are. Move in the way that feels right for your body. Grow at your own pace. You are welcome in this community.

Stock up on classes this Labor Day weekend!

From September 5–7, our 10-Class Pack will be available for just $90.

10-Class Packs are valid for 4 months, and yes — you can purchase more than one during the sale!

If you purchase multiple packs:
• Your first 10-Class Pack will activate on the date of purchase and expire 4 months later.
• Any additional 10-Class Packs will remain unused until you’re ready for them. Their 4-month expiration period will begin when you use the first class from that pack.

So if you know you’ll be practicing with us regularly, you can take advantage of the $90 price and stock up without having all of your packs expire at the same time.

Sale begins September 5 and ends at midnight on Labor Day, September 7.
