Comedian Terrence K. Williams defended President Trump after his abrupt exit from an NBC Meet the Press interview with Kristen Welker.

Reacting to criticism of the walkout, Williams wrote, “I’m sick of people disrespecting our president and then act surprised when he walks out of an interview.” His comments came after Trump ended the interview while being pressed on his election fraud claims and the controversial DOJ-backed “weaponization” fund, telling Welker, “Let’s call it quits because I’ve had enough,” before leaving the set.
