We are a canoe and kayak club located in Craven County, North Carolina. Eastern North Carolina is a great paddle sports destination.

We are a club for beginners who want to learn to paddle, novice paddlers wanting scheduled paddle trips, and experienced paddlers wanting someone to paddle with that possess similar skills. If you would like to make new friends who share your love of paddling, or want to learn a new sport, then please join us. If you are looking for quiet flat water floats or expedition and distance paddling, we look forward to paddling with you!

Renny's Creek, 6/6/26. 6 members spent 2 1/2 hrs exploring Renny's, then paddled across the Neuse, explored the osprey nests and cypress knees on the far banks, then back across the Neuse to Hatteras Canal and Swamp. Plenty of birds, jumping mullet, alligator gar, and cownose ray kept us company. Another relaxed, scenic day on the water.

It was a fun day partnering with Crystal Coast Kayak Community at Pollocksville. 16 combined members spent about 3 hours on the Trent River. Hot temps but a little breeze helped us on the way home. Thank you Ginger Motes and George Morcom for co-leading, and thank you Susan Teter Johnson for the pictures.
