Martial Arts is a wonderful activity where the whole family can get involved. There are benefits for everyone; kids love it because it's fun and it helps them work toward goals, builds self-esteem, and teaches self-discipline. Parents love taking the classes because it's a great way to get in shape while learning self defense. And most importantly, it's something you can all do together

SuperHero Parents’ Night Out Friday!!!
Yes I know 2 back to back. Whaaaa?
I’m not available to do one on the 29th and the first one was rescheduled.

Friday the 22nd
Wear your favorite superhero item. Wether it be a costume, shirt, socks, hair tie, etc…
We will be playing superhero related games and we will have superhero coloring pages.
