1973 Airstream Land Yacht 31’ Custom

Looking for an Airstream without the major overhaul for your guest house, boutique, AirBnB, tiny home or even Photo Booth?

This is our 35th rebuild and perfect for you to make into your dream FAST!

1 owner since 1973 with original title and owner’s manual!

Quick details:
- 31ft long open Floor Plan for maximum space
- Less than 5,000 lbs (tows EASY)
- NEW sub floor
- NEW engineered wood floor
- Fresh sealer and interior paint
- Hand painted exterior side stripes
- New tires
- Newer AC unit prior to me
- New décor (whats on the walls stays, furniture does not sorry)

Needs:
- Run new electrical (just get a breaker box and run conduit to make new outlets from Home Depot)
- Add some window seals ($50 maybe from Home Depot peal and stick)
- Window tint would be awesome and roughly $600 professionally done locally

This is still a project but made to quickly create your goal with the hard work done!
