You don’t have to go fast, you just have to go.

Coming back from a 2 week break. Felt fantastic in the gym the last few days. Decided to revamp the orde rof my lifts from heaviest to lightest in the work out. Highly recommend doing this.

It helped me to hit numbers better than I expected with better form and felt smoother. I got the idea from the inverted pyramid from my PR writing class. Hope this helps yall too.

Just heard the new episode from . It was killer!

In it, discussed two distinct champion qualities that distinguish them from the rest of the crowd

1) The ability to create momentum
2) The ability to keep from derailing your own momentum

My thoughts:

The ability to generate momentum is incredibly hard. I've struggled with it and I know most of my circle have too. We're not alone. You're not alone in having this issue. S**t if you look at my posts, I'm still struggling through it. We're learning together.

Moreover, the second point hit hard for me too. I recently re-started 75 hard after failing out the first time. I made it 6 days into the program and had a cheat meal. I haven't gone a week in a diet without having a cheat meal before. I learned that I celebrated creating some momentum by derailing it myself. That's what I hope to learn this time around.

Officially started the . Day 1 is in the bag.

First day and I already got tested by the chocolates in the break room at work lol. I made it though. On to day 2 today and 73 more to go let's get it

WOD of the day @ second picture. S**t killed. I couldn't do the full scaling but got 10 hand stand shoulder taps instead of the handstand push-ups. Still getting after it.

Can't wait to see what the next iteration is gonna be. The final score today was 64 rower calories in 10 minutes. Let's get it today.

The study was conducted with 18 fitness enthusiasts during a 5k run where heart rate and mental fatigue were measured before, during, and after.
