So I haven’t baked anything since we moved to Texas and it’s been over three years but last week I dusted off the tins and threw together one of my favorites….the peanut butter buttercream chocolate cake and it was just like we remembered. Happy 40th birthday to our friend Mike! Hope you enjoyed the cake!
