💪🏻CLIENT TRANSFORMATION💪🏻
I love all of my clients but this one is just a little special. A year ago my husband came to me and said “I want you to train me. I want to be BIGGER”. I said SAY LESS.
1) It’s so special to share what I do with the most important person in my life and 2) Although I specialize in women’s recomposition and weight loss, I JUMP at the chance to help a clients that solely wants to GAIN and GROW.
Tyler had no desire do an aggressive bulk/cut and wanted to grow in size while staying lean. He committed to long term plan that would consistently allow him to grow while maintaining a normal lifestyle. We set him up with a surplus calorie goal focusing on high protein intake (Made him eat eat EAT) and a hypertrophy workout program.
In the last year he has gained:
- 23lbs over all
- 17.4lbs lean muscle mass
- 21.3 inches in overall size
His programming has also focused on core strength, correcting muscle imbalances, and mobility that has DRASTICALLY decreased his debilitating back pain.
I am so proud of the changes he’s made and work he’s put in.

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨
Drew and Hayley are the definition of a power couple! Drew had been working out tirelessly and tracking food, but was stuck at a plateau in his fitness journey he just couldn’t seem to shake. Hayley wanted to gain confidence in a gym setting, lose fat and rebuild her core strength after the birth of their first child. Drew and I worked together with nutrition coaching to put an end his restricted calorie intake, dialed in his macros, and massively INCREASED intake to help him start crushing it in the gym, shed fat, and build muscle mass. He even competed in his first cross fit competition and absolutely killed it. For Hayley, we have worked so hard on finding a nutrition lifestyle that worked best for a busy momma and have been training twice a week together. Hayley has lost inches on her waist, drastically improved posture/core strength, and built a new found confidence in her body. The changes in their bodies is nothing short of impressive but the change I have seen in their self-confidence, pride in themselves and one another, and how they’ve grown even more as a family has been one of my greatest joys as a trainer. I am so proud of these two!

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨
Amanda is a 37-year-old amazing mom that has always dedicated herself to an active lifestyle. She eats a well-balanced diet, works out regularly, and has always been in great shape. Since having her first baby in 2021 she has been working hard to get back to her pre baby weight and physique she feels most confident in. Despite a healthy diet and a continued workout regimen, she became very frustrated with having plateaued about 5 lbs from her goal. We assessed Amanda’s current lifestyle and dietary needs (these change throughout life and especially after having children) and set her up with a meal plan to best suit her activity and goals. With no changes to her current workout plan, in just 1 Month of consistency she has REACHED HER 5 LB FAT LOSS GOAL all while maintaining muscle mass. We have increased her calories by several hundred, upped her carbohydrate intake, and created a consistent eating schedule. So many mom’s get stuck with the finish line in sight when trying to get back to their most confident selves after having a baby. Amanda is the perfect example that in even just ONE MONTH of a meal plan, consistency, trusting your coach, AND INCREASING YOUR FOOD you can break past that plateau and get back to feeling the confidence you deserve to have. You might be doing everything right, but sometimes just a little fine tuning from a coach can help you break through and reach your goals. So proud of you Amanda!
