Lucky to work with some of the best guides out there. Even luckier I get to call these two a couple of my closest friends. Here’s some words of wisdom from some of my favorite GUYdes!

To all the river people out there, we have some great paddling weather inbound! Just imagine you and eleven of your closest friends river tripping together. We are ready, let’s go! Awesome 30th birthday trip last weekend, happy birthday Mo!

I’m asked fairly often “will the trout in the Guadalupe eat dry flies?” They will indeed! The last couple of seasons the dry fly bite has been a bit more consistent late March and April.

Loving this spring like weather this year and of course warm water fly fishing for our native species! Let’s go fishin y’all!

What a TROUT Season! We have had a blast this trout season here are a few holdover highlights. We have been bouncing back and forth between warm water fishing and trout fishing the last couple of weeks! Although trout season is winding down it will still be viable for a few more weeks!

The youth camp is always one of my favorite days of trout season! An amazing group of volunteers work with the kiddos on casting instruction , entomology classes, getting to help stock some trout and so much more! A few of us guides volunteer and take them fishing on Sunday, such a fun time!
