Each pillar carries the name and legacy of a Hero whose life continues to guide our mission.

1️⃣ Tech‑Sgt Ike Cognitive Therapy

Dedicated to Air Force Technical Sergeant Issac Paredez, who tragically joined the 22 Club in June 2018.
This program connects our Heroes to covert, trauma‑informed cognitive therapy, helping them navigate moral injuries and the invisible wounds of service. Sgt. Ike’s legacy fuels our commitment to mental resilience.

2️⃣ Gabriela Ortiz Hero Success Program

A hands‑on development pipeline empowering Veterans and First Responders through:
• Higher education
• Entrepreneurship
• Trade school pathways
• Resume building
• Career development
Powered by the Uniformed Service Entrepreneurship Program (USEP), this pillar honors Gabriela Ortiz and her dedication to service, growth, and opportunity.

3️⃣ Introducing the Moses Adaptive Strength Program (MASP)

Our final pillar is officially named in honor of Army Airborne Infantry Veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and adaptive athlete Moses Sonera.

MASP delivers customized, adaptable strength and conditioning for our Heroes — from mobility and reintegration to competitive performance. Moses represents hard work, consistency, and commitment, making him the perfect embodiment of this program’s mission.

This is the Paladin Program.

Today Project Heroes First honors the life of the Great Billy Kildruff Jr.

A Boston Firefighter. A United States Marine. A man built on service, loyalty, and heart.

He showed up for his city, his brothers, and his country—every single day.
May his courage live on in the people he inspired.
Rest in strength, Billy.

As Project Heroes First continues to grow, so does the opportunity for events, resources, apparel, and fitness equipment from amazing companies like Concept 2. An amazing raffle for an amazing mission- the Hero Strength Erg and PM5 addition could be yours through our raffle. Winner will be announced in July by random AI selection.

Project Heroes First is celebrating their 3rd Birthday. -PHF & Evolve Social Wellness SA are coming together to offer those apart of the PHF community an evening of relaxation and recovery. June 18th from 6-8PM.

- Red light therapy
- Massage Chairs
- Cognitive & white noise therapy

70 randomly selected Project Heroes First participants will gain access to this full recovery event. PHF is not responsible for travel arrangements to and from venue.

Project Heroes First will honor the bravery and sacrifice of our Heroes this Memorial Day. Those who wear the uniform know that every day is unknown and unpredictable. Memorial Day is not a holiday, it is a day to remember the legacies of those before us. The unrelenting celebration of the men and women that fought for our country.

We would like to thank everyone who helped with the Siege of San Antonio powered by: Game Day Men’s Health Alamo Ranch- this past weekend at UT San Antonio Park West. We were the first to get into that venue to use it for an event like this. Thank you to our sponsors, MC, judges, volunteers, sponsors, spectators, and the athletes. Project Heroes First has proven all aspects of the Paladin Program works. Fitness, Cognitive Development, individual progress leads to a productive and healthy environment for all those we serve.
We surpassed our fundraising goals, we have more people under our care, and we will continue to grow the right way.

The Siege of SATX is coming off the successful Battle 4 Boerne event in October that has led us to collaborating with the San Antonio Spurs and now Texas A&M PTSD Center for Research. All of this came from word of mouth with no heavy promotional content.

PHF x Tier Rogue: Siege of San Antonio had such incredible vendors like Texas Moonlight Photo-booth .photobooth to capture some wholesome moments of our Heroes, families, and supporters for our biggest memorial fundraiser event at UT San Antonio.
