September is Su***de Awareness & Prevention Month — a reminder of the heavy truth our Heroes live with daily. Veterans and First Responders across the nation carry physical injuries, invisible wounds, and the mental toll that comes from serving others first.
At Project Heroes First, we know that weight because we’ve lived it. Our team is built by members of the Uniform Community — people who understand trauma, transition, and identity loss firsthand.
On this day, we’re asking for your support so we can continue standing with our Heroes.
Your support makes that possible.
Your support saves lives.

Human Optimization isn’t a slogan — it’s a system.
And through the Paladin Program, that system is built on three elite pillars, each led by a warrior who embodies the mission: rebuild strength, restore identity, and elevate human potential.
MASP — Moses Adaptive Strength Program
Adaptive strength training + dietician‑guided nutrition.
Rebuild mobility, reduce inflammation, restore tactical confidence.
USMC Gabriela Ortiz Hero Program
Higher education pathways, professional development, and the Uniformed Service Entrepreneurship Program (USEP).
Turn lived experience into leadership, purpose, and opportunity.
TSgt Ike Paredez — Cognitive Health Division
Covert 1:1 therapy, retreats, and group counseling.
Mental clarity, trauma processing, identity rebuilding.
This is Human Optimization. Strength. Purpose. Mind. The Paladin Program.

Building a Paladin: What does it really mean to optimize the person behind the uniform?
The Tactical Paradigm looks at performance as more than strength, conditioning, or technical skill. It brings together the complete human system:
A) Cognitive— decision-making, focus, emotional resilience, and mental readiness.
B) Physical— strength, mobility, conditioning, and the ability to perform under pressure.
C) Technical- developing the operational skills needed to make effective decisions and execute the mission.
D) Tactical— situational awareness, teamwork, coordination, and movement patterning.
E) Health— sleep, nutrition, recovery, and the foundation that allows performance to be sustained.
The goal isn’t simply to optimize someone. It’s to develop a more capable, resilient, and prepared tactical professional.
At Project Heroes First, we believe the uniform represents the responsibility—but the person wearing it is the mission. Train the mind. Build the body. Master the skill. Protect the human.
Big News: Spartan Race has stepped in with a fundraising sponsorship that hits different.
Discounted race entries in the United States→ direct support for veterans & first responders → tax‑deductible impact.
Sprint, Super, Beast, Trifecta… pick your battlefield.

What if $20 a month could change the entire trajectory of a Disabled Veteran or First Responder’s life?
Because it can. Be the hero of a hero.
Every single month, your $20 fuels real recovery — not the kind that’s talked about, the kind that’s earned through sweat, community, and science-backed optimization.
Physical strength. Mental recovery. Individual Development. Real progress. A new purpose.
That’s what your support unlocks.

FURY HEROES —
Our Fury heroes stand on the line before the line.
They train harder, move faster, and stay sharper so our military and law enforcement can protect our communities and nation from threats no one ever sees coming.
This is the quiet work.
The early mornings.
The relentless reps.
The commitment to readiness that never switches off.
They don’t do it for applause.
They do it because prepared warriors save lives.
Strength. Skill. Service.
Guardians of the guardians.
Fury-built. Mission-driven.
Honor the ones who make protection possible.
Honor the Fury heroes.
