Yes, we will gather Sunday, July 5th for our 171st Anniversary King & Queen and Louis Simon ‘Rest Medal’ Match. Social distancing is easy enough outside, however, inside we ask you to use face masks, use your own judgement about gathering among friends.

The NBSV Family Prize shoot is this coming Sunday the 20th of October.
Festivities begin at 2pm sharp with a general meeting and the election of officers. Following this we will shoot iron sight rest and offhand(these scores also count toward the trophies, 70 years of age plus have the option to use scope sights). Please bring a prize with a value of at least $10.00 . The prize will serve as your match fee.
The range will be open by 1pm with sight in targets posted to the left of the firing line.
Following the shoot we will have a covered dish dinner. Please bring a covered dish or desert for everyone to enjoy. The club will furnish the meat. Charlie Wimberley will be cooking brisket . For those of you at the last prize shoot I'm sure you remember how fantastic it was. Everyone was quick to buy the extra and those who were too slow were the only one's disappointed that day. Charlie will be cooking extra and it will be for sale after the meal. Thanks again Charlie.
The following Sunday, October 27 at 2pm, Julian Mardock will be putting on a safari shoot so bring your deer rifles and join the fun.

Sunday, July 7th, Celebrating 170th Anniversary and Annual King & Queen Match following a brief meeting. Annual dues must be paid prior to competition. A pot-luck dinner will follow, with club furnishings meat. We hope to see you there! Come celebrate Our nations Independence!

We did things a little different at the practice match last night. I think it went a little faster and we didn't need as many people. Also, this was the first time I have actually seen my grouping. I think I see some adjustments I need to make. Great job Charles and everyone who put this together! Looking forward to the next shoot. Please feel free to post your pictures.
