I always train my players to be uncomfortable. It's a sign of testing yourself beyond a comfortable state of mind. It's called PUSHING YOURSELF. Don't ever be afraid to go above and beyond.

Just want to take the time to thank everyone that has come across me or that has known me. This first month has not been easy getting an organization running. I'm definitely still learning so much but nobody has ever said things in life were going to be easy. I just want to thank everyone that has encouraged me and shown me and helped get this going. I really appreciate it and appreciate you all believing in me. I promise to continue to grow and learn and be the best that I can be for my coaches, teams, players and parents. Thanks again!
