Rachel went 7 for 9 on the day at Nationals and lifted exactly what she needed to qualify for World's this year.

She only started powerlifting two years ago, so this is huge!!!

Super proud of this kid. He's been in the gym consistently putting in the work.

Its only his third meet, so much more to come. Placed 6th out of 11 in his division and it came down to the end for that position.

Rachel and I spent 9 hours rearranging the gym to fit this new piece of equipment. This is the V Squat from and IT IS AWESOME!!!

The build took less than 1 hour and was super simple. It replaces a Titan Leverage Squat. That counterweight is 50 lbs!
