Grimm’s Gym

Hello everyone!

After years of loyal patronage and a chance to impact the lives of so many wonderful people in our community, an exciting opportunity has arisen that I can’t pass up on, and I have decided to go a different direction with my professional life.

As such, we will be closing Grimm’s Gym, effective immediately, and will be liquidating all of our equipment. Below are pictures of all the equipment, along with a price list to accompany, so if you’re interested in buying one/multiple pieces from our collection, please reach out to us and let us know.

The equipment is all in good working condition, and most pieces have been significantly discounted from their retail prices. Most pads have been replaced/refurbished, most gears/moving parts have been delicately maintained, and most pieces still work like new! If you’d like to see the equipment before it’s all torn apart to be put in storage, be sure to contact us in the next 24 hours so we can set the pieces aside you want to come look at.

It has been such a pleasure getting to touch the lives of almost 200 people in Beaver County across the last 6 years of being a personal trainer… so I want to personally thank each and every one of you who have believed in this business and believed in our cause over the years. My family/I have taken so much satisfaction in playing such a paramount role in a great variety of different peoples’ fitness journeys, and wish everyone who continues on in our absence all the luck in the world reaching their individual fitness goals!

While we will not be having our annual Christmas Party this year... we will be raffling off two AWESOME Christmas wreaths for !

#1 is titled: “Merry ‘Liftmas’”

#2 is titled: “Santa’s Helpers”

Both were designed and crafted by the one-and-only Barbara Blankenbicker!

Tickets are $1/each, and can be purchased from now through the New Brighton Business District Authority’s Annual Wassail Walk, being held Saturday, December 5th, 2020!

*Note: Wreaths/Raffle Tickets will be located at Quality Time & Carry Out from Nov. 24th - 29th, but will be back at the gym November 30th, up - through December 5th!*

Now through December 5, participating merchants in New Brighton will be displaying beautifully decorated Christmas wreaths. The wreaths can be won by purchasing a $1.00 auction ticket that will be drawn on the evening of December 5, during the Wassail Walk fundraiser hosted by the New Brighton Public Library. Proceeds from the auction will go towards the New Brighton Community Life Committee Christmas Food Drive and to support charitable programs at the New Brighton Area School District. The wreath auction is being held in place of the annual Christmas in the Park event that has been cancelled this year, but supported the same causes.

The Wassail Walk, on December 5 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, is a fun night of walking the New Brighton Business District, enjoying time with your friends, getting to know the merchants in the downtown, and sampling their wassail and hors d'oeuvre. Participating locations will be featured on the Facebook event page at https://tinyurl.com/y4ywhm75. The evening will begin at the library where participants will receive a map, which also doubles as the ballot for the Best Wassail and Best Hors d'oeuvre awards. Tickets are $25.00 each and can be purchased at the Library. The Library will also be hosting a Christmas shopping boutique, 50/50 raffle, and other auctions.

Great brainstorming session this morning! It was wonderful getting to meet so many other business owners here in our quaint community!
