1. What’s your name, where are you based, and what’s your page?

2. How did you first get started with Integral Hockey?
In 2015 I saw a LinkedIn post and contacted CEO Randy Langille. Having only used wood sticks, I was skeptical about carbon fibre repairs. I sent one in to see if it would hold and still have “pop.” Once I saw the results, I knew the tech was game-changing and joined.

3. What area do you represent and what do you love most about it?
I cover a big swath of Connecticut with youth, high school, prep, and college club teams. I love meeting players, parents, and even Sikorsky engineers who ask technical questions about our process.

4. What’s your favourite kind of hockey stick repair to do?
I enjoy working on all makes and models, noticing details like foam density or blade stiffness. My favourite is rebuilding a heel break because it blends science with art.

5. What’s the most challenging stick repair you’ve done?
Converting a stock P28 into a crazy Ovie curve. I cut the blade to make it pliable, then reshaped it with an Ovie template. The client was impressed and asked me to do two more.

6. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not repairing sticks?
I don’t play hockey anymore, but I keep active with tennis, biking, and skiing whenever I can.

7. What’s one piece of advice for young players?
Know your game. Shooter, passer, or grinder, your style should guide your stick choice. Don’t just buy the newest model, find what fits you best.

8. Who taught you how to skate?
I learned on frozen ponds outside Ottawa before moving to Montreal. My small town had one indoor rink and eight outdoor ones. I copied older kids during shinny games until I could skate like them.

9. What’s your funniest or most memorable hockey memory?
Endless shinny games in Quebec. Playing until dark, chasing the puck with friends, and watching older kids push the pace.

10. Who was your favourite hockey player growing up?
Bobby Orr. His speed, creativity, and ability to change a game made him unforgettable.
