Reminder, the Institute for Martial Arts will be on hiatus beginning tomorrow (Wed) and thru end of week.
No classes during this time. Back next week at undiluted strength per the norm.

The Institute for Martial Arts will be on break this week and will return on Tuesday, Jan 4.
Oh yes, and the winter schedule is now available for appointments!

There will be no classes for the remainder of the week. Full undiluted Kempo will return next week per the usual schedule.

Just a reminder that we're back to full undiluted Martial Arts goodness. Fall classes in session and our students are excelling most righteously. Come check us out.

Another practical, efficient and substantial set of movements we'll be adding to Kempo's jiujutsu repertoire. Again, variations on the existing core material, but a great addition.

Day 2 of Summer Camp is in the can and was a raging success. No major injuries 💃😬🤣
When asked how awesome Kempo Camp is, the students had this to say.
