He started at the Greenwich YMCA as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, eventually creating his own full-time training business with clientele ranging from ages 9 to 70. Bill is certified by the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer. He is also certified as a youth training specialist through NASM. Finally!! After recovering from knee surgery for a torn quadriceps tendon, I was able to step back into competition and place 3rd in my age group and Top 25 overall at the West Point Triathlon.

The comeback isn’t easy, but it’s always worth it.
