🌟 **LEADING IN & OUT OF THE POOL!** 🌟

We are so excited to have **two of our NEHA Platinum female swimmers** attending the **LEAD Sports Co. leadership event at Rice University this weekend!** 🏊‍♀️💛🖤

What an incredible opportunity for these athletes to learn, grow, connect with other female athletes, and build confidence and leadership skills that go far beyond the pool.

And our coaches are growing too! 💪 We’re excited that **Coach Lari** will also be attending the **LEAD Coaches Clinic**, continuing to learn, grow, and bring new ideas and inspiration back to our NEHA swimmers.

We love seeing our athletes AND coaches taking advantage of opportunities to grow both in and out of the pool. We can’t wait to hear all about their weekend!

🏊‍♂️ Clinic with Coach Chris was a success! 🏊‍♀️

Our swimmers had a great time learning from Coach Chris at our freestyle and backstroke clinic! The clinic focused on technique, drills, and breaking down the little details of each stroke that can make a BIG difference in the water.

We loved seeing so many swimmers engaged, asking questions, and working hard to improve. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the clinic such a great experience!

We’re looking forward to next week’s clinic, where Coach Chris will be breaking down butterfly and breaststroke! 💛🖤

What an incredible week for Kohen!

Representing Team Gulf at the Junior Olympics, Kohen put together an outstanding performance against some of the best swimmers in the nation!

🔥 Individual Results:
🥇 National Champion – 200 IM
🥉 3rd – 50 Backstroke
4️⃣ 4th – 50 Freestyle
4️⃣ 4th – 100 Breaststroke
5️⃣ 5th – 50 Butterfly
7️⃣ 7th – 50 Breaststroke

With just 7 swimmers, the Team Gulf boys battled their way to an incredible 2nd-place team finish!

🏊‍♂️⭐ TEXAS AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS | NEHA HISTORY MADE! ⭐🏊‍♀️

History was made this week as NEHA qualified and competed in relays at the Texas Age Group Swimming Championships for the very first time in team history! This incredible milestone is a testament to how far our program has come and the dedication of our swimmers, coaches, and families.

Competing against the fastest age-group swimmers in Texas, our athletes raced with determination, gained valuable championship experience, and proudly represented NEHA on one of the state's biggest stages.
