We offer a variety of equipment, experienced personal trainers, and nutritionists on site. Protein shakes (50g each) sold at front desk. We hold a variety of powerlifting & strong man competitions as well as bodybuilding posing seminars.

We have events coming up for our strongman and powerlifting athletes! 🚨Please reach out to the coaches listed below to learn how to sign up for each event. - Coach @triforcecos is hosting our annual strongman comp! Consisting of 5 different events. This is one of the largest strongman events in Delaware so don’t miss it. Date: November 8th - @lift.natty and Coach @cedenostrengthandpower are introducing a USAPL powerlifting meet, the first time in Delaware in the last 2 YEARS! With a 70 lifter cap, am/pm sessions, and one platform. There will be awards given to best female/male lifters AND guest lifter. Register before it fills up! Date: November 15th
