RGES will be hosting Open Mat on July 4th from 9:00–11:00am.

All scheduled classes will be canceled for the day.

Adults from all schools are welcome to stop by for great training and even better vibes.

$25 drop-in fee for visitors

This year, we’ll also be raising funds for PROVE THEM WRONG — an incredible organization providing combat veterans coping with military-connected disabilities a long-term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

A QR code will be available at the front desk for anyone who’d like to donate directly.

Come train, give back, and support a great cause. 👊

Starting this week, our Friday night schedule is getting a new look.

🕕 6:00–7:30pm

This class will focus on:
🔥 Live positional rounds
🔥 Situational sparring
🔥 Skill development through live training
🔥 Open rolling

Designed to help students build timing, confidence, reactions, and real application in a fast-paced but beginner-friendly environment.

Whether you’re brand new or getting ready for competition, this class is built to help you grow.
