BIG LIFE UPDATE!!
🌴✨ We’re moving to Miami! 🌴✨
Florida has always been a place we’ve loved, having spent many months there over the years. We feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to finally live there permanently and are excited to put down some roots and have a long-term place to call home. 🏡❤️
With every new adventure and change, there comes some sadness. We’ve met some wonderful people and formed friendships here in CT that we will truly miss. We hope to carry those friendships with us. 💞Thank you fabulous people 🫶🏼
July marks an exciting new start for our little family. Ready for our next adventure, Bring it on! 😊🌟

1st camera roll of 2024
After a stressful start to 2024 with Keyaro in hospital again. We have had a very fun, fulfilling & action packed February so far 🤍.
Highlights :
✨February break to Orlando. It’s exhausting but magical watching the boys excitement. If they’re happy we’re happy 😅.
☀️Taking a solo trip to the Glow retreat by . It’s always hard making that decision to leave our little ones & let go, however every time I do it I feel so thankful that I did. It felt good for the soul hehe. It filled up my cup being able to do what my mind & body needed with no time pressures. As an added bonus I got to do this whilst supporting a wonderful friend & being surrounded by like minded mama’s. I couldn’t recommend this retreat enough. It was the perfect mixture of relaxation, socializing & fitness.
🌟Spending some quality time with my parents with the kids.
⚡️Chasing what brings me joy and doing things that match my energy 🫶🏼.

🌟New Mom's Guide to Starting an Exercise Routine👇🏼
Transitioning into motherhood is incredible, but it can also be overwhelming & one heck of a challenge. Amidst diaper changes and baby snuggles, don't forget to take care of yourself. Here are some tips to help you kickstart your exercise routine:
1. Start Slow : Your body just did something amazing. Begin with gentle exercises like postpartum core & breath work, stretches or walking.
2. Listen to Your Body :Pay attention to how you feel. If something doesn't feel right, it's okay to skip it & try again once you’re ready!
3. Nap Time Workouts: Sneak in quick workouts during your little one's nap time. Every minute counts! And those small pockets of time make such a difference.
4. Mom and Baby Workouts: Get creative with workouts that involve your baby. They can be great weights!

5. Find Support: Connect with other new moms who are on the same journey. You're not alone.
6. Online Resources: It’s so important to do the right exercises especially for those early days. There are tons of postpartum workout videos online which can be overwhelming. 7. Nutrition Matters: Fuel your body with nutritious meals to aid in postpartum recovery.
8. Patience: Be patient & kind with your body & progress. It's not a race, it's a journey.

10. Self-Care: Prioritize self-care and remember that a happy, healthy mom is the best gift for your baby.

What started off really rocky with Keyaro in hospital ended with some beautiful moments.
🤍Went for a city day out with my hubby. Which included , hot yoga, brunch & a rooftop bar 🫶🏼.
🤍Finally after over a yr managed to find a safe way with Keyaro’s stomach g-tube to take him to the beach. Feeling very grateful. Fingers crossed it stays safe as we love our beach days together🏝️.
🤍Took Kyrie on a 1:1 trip in to the city which was much needed. We both craved this time together. It’s very difficult for him emotionally too when Keyaro goes in to hospital.
🤍Celebrated 7 years of marriage with al fresco dining by the water.
🤍Celebrated my 35years around the sun ☀️🎊
Have a great August everyone. Hope you all get time to rest, recharge & spend quality time with your favorite people 🫶🏼.

Life has been very hectic & challenging. To be honest it’s been on & off like this since Keyaro was born.
I feel like some weeks with everything I have going on with Keyaro’s long term health problems & general Mom life I have very little energy & time left to fit in work or other social arrangements.
This is a season of my life & I am learning to just lean in to it & letting go of what’s out of my control.
I am just so grateful for all of you still following & supporting me & my page. It is amazing how many people I have connected with & forged wonderful friendships through this platform.
I am still so passionate at sharing my tips & workouts & love showing up on here for you guys. On those weeks that flow the tips & workouts will also. I always aim for high quality so whilst the volume will be less at times because of my commitment to excellence, but I’m sure you will understand that for now I have to prioritize what’s most important in life, the health and well-being of my family 🫶🏼.

This is 35 🎊🎈🎉
Feeling the love & gratitude for where I am in my life right now & the people in it. 34 was a yr of lots of challenges which for sure made me dig deep for strength, this taught me patience, to live life day by day & to cherish those precious moments in life. I also want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for following & supporting me on this journey. With out you guys I wouldn’t be able to do what I do on this platform.
