Paramount Country Club is proud to announce a visionary residential development in Clarkstown with the goal of preserving green space while enhancing community life.

In an innovative step towards sustainable development and community enrichment, a new residential project is being proposed on excess land. The project provides several substantial benefits to the residents of Clarkstown including absolute preservation of green space through deed restriction, increased net tax revenue of over $3,000,000 a year, and housing for first responders.

The planned residential development has been designed with a thoughtful approach that will ensure the preservation of the area’s scenic charm along Zukor Road. The new development will maintain Clarkstown's character and offer a compatible residential expansion that aligns with community values.

The integration of new residents as social members of the Club will bolster the club’s position as a cornerstone for recreation and gatherings in Clarkstown, securing its future and allowing it to enhance and upgrade its offerings.
