We are excited to officially introduce a new personal trainer to Reinvent Fitness, Haley Savage.
She is a graduate of John Glenn High School and The Mid-East Career and Technology Center. She attended Hocking College and majored in Natural Resources Law Enforcement. She has been a certified personal trainer since July of 2020. She enjoys traveling to National Parks and she is currently pursuing a dream of becoming a CrossFit Athlete. She is very passionate about fitness and is looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Shout out to our gym members and the mom’s squad group for completing the 10,000 daily step challenge for the month of March. The groups walked a total of 2,517 miles which is the equivalent to walking to Portland, Oregon. Great work everyone!!

It seems just like yesterday when we welcomed our very first client in the door. We had basic equipment and a rundown garage to work with. We were scared, we were nervous and we had no idea if this adventure would work but here we are.
We cannot thank our clients enough for an amazing 2 years. We are committed to providing you with affordable fitness options to help you meet your personal goals and support you on your fitness journey. We will keep moving forward and growing as we go.

Welcome to the 4 weeks of Christmas Fitness Challenge. Each week we will have a gym challenge and the winner will receive a prize. Make sure you schedule your appointment so you can compete. Week 1 challenge - the person with the fastest time on the assault bike for 10 calories. Weekly challenge runs Sunday (11/29) to Saturday (12/5). Next weeks workout will start on Sunday (12/6).

Each hour long session will help you build strength, lose fat and improve your everyday life!
All fitness levels are welcome as the workout is designed to go at your own pace using weight training, body weight exercises as well as cardio routines all set to a interval for the best workout ever. Each day will be a new interval routine that is able to be modified to meet your current fitness level. Instructions and demos will be done to ensure each person understands the workout and will be guided by a certified trainer. Sign up now as space is limited to 6 people per session.

As we start back to the gym tomorrow, please keep in mind the following recommendations and requests to keep everyone safe and healthy:
1. Bring a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat a beach towel would work.
2. Please wait in your vehicle or outside the gym until the client before you is finished with their workout and have exited the gym. Even if we are a little late starting your session, we will be fine.
3. Bring a mask and wear it at your discretion.
4. If you are showing Covid symptoms, please cancel your session. You will not be charged as a no show if this happens. Better to be safe. Call me before returning if this happens.
5. I may have you warm up on your own while I clean and sanitize equipment used before you.
6. Use hand sanitizer
7. Relax and be ready to workout. Be safe but not scared.
8. Lastly, message me if you have any questions or concerns.

We will continue to offer one-on-one trainings, small private groups as well as two daily bootcamp classes.
One-on-one training or private small groups are offered daily as well as select times on the weekend. Book a session now using the Setmore booking app.
The Bootcamp classes are limited to 4 people each session and is suitable to everyone, no matter your fitness level. Theses classes are a great way to start a fitness journey or get back into it. You can pick and choose which days and time you attend, but space is limited and is first come first serve. Visit our booking page or hit the Book Now to sign up! Look for the Classes tab.
If you are a current member who has already contacted me about returning, you are already on the schedule and won't need to sign up.
