PennDOT today announced that a bridge inspection is planned for the southbound Interstate 81 off-ramp (Ramp A) to Route 581 at Exit 59 over northbound Interstate 81 and the westbound Route 581 Ramp to southbound Interstate 81 (Ramp C) at Exit 1B in Hampden Township.

Weather permitting, this work will be conducted Monday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be right-lane and shoulder restrictions on I-81 northbound at Exit 59 and on the westbound Route 581 ramp to southbound I-81 at Exit 1B. Delays are expected.

Due to inclement weather, most service locations, including our full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026.

The following locations will remain open:

Allegheny County:
• East Liberty Photo License Center
• Monroeville Photo License Center
• Clairton Boulevard Photo License Center
• Pittsburgh Driver License and Photo Center

Mercer County:
• Hermitage Photo License Center
