It is with some sadness that I announce that the gym ceased operations Because of COVID and related issues. I did not make this decision lightly. It was after much agonizing and some clear head thinking that the decision became obvious. I wish you all well. I am sure you will find another gym...and carry forth the enjoyable parts of CSF and MPWR Fitness. Thank you all again. We are considering restarting the facility. I am trying to gauge interest. Please send me a note or message if you are interested.

Friends, I have never met Eric Roza but he has managed, in my view, in a short time to erase the race and gender insensitive elements of CrossFit which drove my decision to allow my affiliation to expire. So, we are now again, Ninth Square CrossFit. This was a very emotional decision. Over the next few weeks I will explain it in more detail.
There is nothing more efficient than the Functional Movements performed at high intensity formula. It is disingenuous and dishonest in my mind to call it something else and ignore its roots.
During this difficult time come visit and work out with us. We keep the group small, we follow the cleaning protocols, we build our "pods" of people based on who comes to class so you will get to know your workout mates.
We will allow our affiliation with CrossFit to expire on July 1, 2020.
Friends and Clients:
First, I want to thank you all for your support for the last 60 days. Right, its been two months since the shelter in place order that closed our gym down. I especially want to thank those of you who continued to pay the monthly fees and such. That effort was a life saver. Second, I want to announce some program and facility changes. We will concentrate our work in the basement gym as of last Wednesday. And no matter what happens to the CrossFit and HiiT classes the Barre classes will stay virtual for a while longer, well into the summer.
We are going to become a 24/7 facility in our new arrangement. There will be combination locks on doors and rotating codes. For now, we will use the bathrooms upstairs, but in the near term future bathrooms will be installed downstairs. There will be no showers and no towel service. A high premium will be placed on personal responsibility for cleaning up your work out space. You will have to bring your own PPE if you feel the need. There will be an entrance from Temple Street.
Prices will go up. Anyone who is an active client in April and May will be grandfathered into the new prices structure at the old rates, for at least six months.
I expect there will be a limited opening sometime between May 22 and June 1, 2020. Stand by.
I miss you all. Let me know your thoughts on PPE and other measures you feel necessary to make you feel safe. But, remember, each of us is responsible for creating an enviornment that makes us all feel safe. I can't do it for you even if we wrapped you in bubble wrap. We are all in this together.
