East Rock Wellness Center is located on the corner of Willow and Whitney & inside of this gorgeous establishment is a third floor yoga studio that is begging for us to drop in and send it -

is busting at the seams for sign ups this Saturday so I’ve joined forces with the lovely who owns the building to house us.
