At one point, Greg felt like he was losing control of his body.
His balance wasn't what it used to be.
He had gained weight.
He had lost strength.
And everyday tasks felt harder than they should.
He could have accepted that as his new normal.
Many do.
Instead, he decided to do something about it.
He reached out for help, committed to the process, and started showing up.
Not for a quick fix.
Not for a six-week challenge.
To get his life back.
Since then, Greg has lost more than 20 pounds, improved his balance, regained strength, and learned how to move with more confidence again.
But what stands out most isn't the weight loss.
It's the fact that he refused to let a setback define what came next.
Progress doesn't happen overnight.
It happens one workout, one decision, and one step at a time.
We're proud of you, Greg.
If you've been feeling like your body isn't doing what it used to and you're ready for a plan that meets you where you are, DM "PLAN" and let's put together your Blueprint Consult.

Nobody joins because they love working out.
At least not the people we work with.
They join because they're tired of feeling uncomfortable in their own skin.
They join because their energy isn't what it used to be.
They join because they want to keep up with their kids.
They join because their doctor told them they should.
They join because they're frustrated with starting over.
Again.
And again.
And again.
What keeps them going isn't motivation.
It's progress.
It's confidence.
It's having a plan.
It's knowing someone is paying attention.
It's walking into a place where people know your name and genuinely want you to succeed.
The workout is important.
But that's rarely the reason people stay.
People stay because they finally find something that feels sustainable.
Personalized coaching.
A clear plan.
An environment that supports their success.

One year ago, Jenine decided it was time to get stronger.
Not because she wanted a dramatic transformation.
Not because she loved working out.
In fact, one of my favorite lines from her was:
"Who knew I would ever look forward to working out."
A few years earlier, a medical scare pushed her to take her health more seriously.
She improved her nutrition.
She started walking.
Then she decided to take the next step and build strength.
Within a month she was noticing changes in everyday life.
One moment stood out:
"The first time I went to get more dog food, I picked up the 30 lb bag with no issue."
That's the kind of progress that matters.
Not just what happens in the gym.
What happens outside of it.
Today, one year later, Jenine has become one of our most consistent members.
She's stronger.
More confident.
And still enjoying the process.
You don't need another fitness challenge.
You need a plan you can stick with.
If you're ready to get stronger and build something sustainable, DM "PLAN" and let's put together your Blueprint Consult.

You’re probably not struggling because you “lack motivation.”
Most adults already know they should exercise.
What’s missing is usually something much simpler:
Guidance.
Someone showing you:
- what to do
- how to do it
- when to push
- when to slow down
- how to train without feeling beat up all the time
That’s what real coaching is.
And it’s why our sessions stay intentionally small.
Because you deserve more than walking into a crowded room and figuring it out alone.
3 adults per pod.
Every lift coached.
Every member known by name.
That difference matters.

You aren’t lazy.
You’re overloaded.
There’s a difference.
You’re trying to manage work, family, responsibilities, stress, aging, exhaustion, and a schedule that rarely slows down.
And somewhere along the way, you started feeling like your own health kept falling lower on the priority list.
That’s the reality for a lot of adults here in New Lenox.
Which is why most people don’t need more guilt.
They don’t need another extreme plan.
Or another trainer screaming motivation at them.
They need structure.
A place where they can walk in, stop thinking for an hour, and simply be coached.
A plan already waiting.
Every lift guided.
Progress that feels manageable again.
Because most adults don’t need fitness to take over their life.
They just want to feel capable again.
That’s the goal.
If you’re trying to get back into a rhythm again, start with a Blueprint Consult.

Great coaching changes with the athlete.
A middle school athlete doesn’t need the same training as a high school or college athlete preparing for higher-level performance.
But both need structure.
Progression.
Attention to detail.
And coaching that matches their stage of development.
That’s why we’re running two different athlete programs this summer.
Our Varsity Performance Summer Camp is designed to help younger athletes build strength, coordination, movement quality, and confidence in a positive coaching environment.
Our Elite Summer Combine Prep Camp is built for high school and college athletes preparing for speed, power, explosiveness, and testing performance.
Different stages.
Different goals.
Same coaching philosophy.
Intentional training built around long-term development.
Varsity begins May 19.
Elite begins May 18.
Enrollment closes 6pm Saturday night.
Message me if you want details.

Life eventually gets loud. I get it.
Work.
Kids.
Stress.
Injuries.
Schedules.
Responsibility.
And somewhere along the way, people slowly stop feeling like themselves physically.
Not all at once.
Just gradually.
That’s why our semi-private model is built the way it is.
Every lift coached.
Structured progression.
Real accountability.
And an environment where adults can rebuild strength without feeling overwhelmed.
Not extreme.
Not random.
Just consistent coaching that fits real life.

If every Monday feels like starting over, this is why.
You’re relying on motivation to carry you through the week.
And it won’t.
You might feel good at the start…
but by midweek, work picks up, life gets busy, and everything else takes priority.
So workouts get skipped.
Nutrition slips.
And by Friday, you’re already telling yourself you’ll “reset” next week.
That cycle doesn’t break on its own.
The people who actually make progress don’t rely on motivation.
They have:
A plan built around their schedule
Structure to follow
Accountability when things get busy
That’s the difference.
If you want to go into next week with something real in place instead of another reset, DM me PLAN and we’ll build it out.
(If you’ve got a young athlete, we’re also kicking off summer training May 18 — just mention it when you reach out.)

This is what 10 weeks of consistency looks like.
Not just stronger.
More confident.
More focused.
More willing to be coached.
That’s the difference most people miss.
It’s not just the weight on the bar - it’s how they carry themselves.
We’ve had athletes this block who came in unsure of themselves…
…and now they walk in knowing exactly what to do.
That doesn’t happen from random workouts or showing up when it’s convenient.
It comes from structure, coaching, and consistency.
That’s why some kids pull ahead - and stay ahead.
If you want details on our Summer Combine Training Camp for our Varsity (middle school) and Elite (HS/College) starting May 18 &19, DM me PLAN and I’ll walk you through it.
