Being diagnosed with Osteoporosis in 2021 was the wake-up call I needed. Strength training at Apogee Fitness with Barb, Mary and Lisa became a non-negotiable for me. Combined with medication, eating right and lifting weights,I have moved the needle from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia and continue moving it almost all of the way back to normal bone density. Lifting weights really matters!
