Last month I lost my eldest client...he was 83 years old. An amazing man who fought against the devastating disease of Rheumatoid Arthritis for many many years. He came in faithfully working on strength and balance for the past 6 years. The gains he made may not have looked like much to an outsider, but he stayed out of a wheelchair, participated in all of his extra/volunteer work, and lived life to the fullest. I would say that's a success!
I knew the day would come, but it was still hard losing him. A piece of my life, our secret handshake, our inside jokes, his voice. Today, his best friend (also at 83) came to see me. After having a stroke last September, his goal is to run a 5k next summer and complete 10 pullups like he could do in the past.
I am convinced that by surrounding yourself with positive, healthy, motivated people that you will become a positive, healthy, motivated person. You are never to old to set goals, nor are you ever to old to achieve them.
Nothing is more rewarding than hearing, "Without you, I could not do this..."
Let us help you reach your goals. Whether you are 83 or 33, everyone has goals they should set and a little help along the way ensures success!
