⏰ If you are signing up for bathrooms, please let us know if you would like to clean them tomorrow between 4:30-5:30 PM or be at the fields by 4:30 PM on Wednesday.

🕔 5:00–6:00 PM — 2 volunteers needed

📣🏈 YOUTH NIGHT RECOGNITION! 🏈📣

💙 Friday Night Home Game 💙

🗓️ This Friday, September 4th

Directions for youth players:
Please arrive at the Magnolia Football Field by 6:00 PM and meet at the designated meeting point in the North Endzone. 📍

📢 Each player in attendance will be announced along with their respective team, beginning at 6:15 PM!

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ After being announced, players will form the Varsity Run-Out Tunnel before kickoff! 🔥🏈

🍕🍪🥤 Afterwards, youth players will be treated to pizza, dessert, and a drink! 😋

🎟️ As always, all Wetzel County School students will be admitted into the game FREE! 🎉

🏈 FALL SEASON VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE 🦅💙💛

As we get ready to kick off our fall season, please take a moment to look over the concession stand volunteer schedule! 📋

Each team has been assigned 2 weeks to help with concessions. During those weeks, families from those teams who did not pay the concession fee and signed up to work concessions will be responsible for taking a volunteer shift. 🙌

🏈 Don’t want to miss your child’s game? Great—we don’t want you to either! ❤️
Our flag football games typically run in two shifts—an early shift and a late shift. If your child plays the early game, simply sign up for the late concession shift. If your child plays the late game, sign up for the early shift! This way, you can cheer your player on while still helping our league run smoothly. 📣🏈

🚻 Bathroom Reminder:
One volunteer from each of the assigned teams will also be responsible for making sure the bathrooms are cleaned and stocked during their assigned week. Don’t worry—we’ll provide all the supplies you need! 🧻🧼

📋 Once game schedules are finalized, our Secretary will be around at practices with a sign-up sheet so you can choose the concession shift that works best for your family.
