Superior Martial Arts Training at Danbury Martial Arts Center
Classes taught at the Danbury Martial Arts Center are for men, women, and children of all ages. The style is Mixed Martial Arts, a complete system of punches, blocks, kicks, self-defenses, grappling, take downs, breathing EXERCISES, and physical fitness. Students are taught under positive reinforcement, with each one working to their own potential.

Rugged Maniac mud run!!
We are looking to start up our younger kids class again. It’s been a long two years and we are looking forward to seeing our younger students engaged again.
Classes would be on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM inside the Minds in Motion childcare building.
