Congratulations to Cavalier swimmer Ian Himel who recently competed in Pensacola with the New Orleans Aquatics Team, earning another state qualifying time in the 100-meter breaststroke. Ian finished in an impressive 1:16.69 during a time trial, securing his spot at the state championship meet! Next up for Ian is training camp at Spire Academy in Ohio before kicking off his at DLS!
