I am on the DL with a wonky hip, so my monday 9/20 class will be a seated mediation.
it will be a special harvest moon session tomorrow - 7:30-7:45pm central - go outside if you can!
Yoga mat if you have one.
Cushion or folded towel/blanket not required but recommended.
