Afro Yogi Kids is coming to Meridian Mississippi, Summer 2023! Our program combines yoga and meditation with Afrocentric teachings and values to help children of Color connect with their culture and find inner peace. We believe that by teaching children these practices at a young age, we can help them develop strong emotional intelligence and resilience, which will serve them well throughout their lives.

We typically have small open talk at the end of class but this class we focused mainly on speaking, releasing, and learning about ourselves. 🧘🏿🧘🏽‍♀️

Afro Yogi Kids is New Orleans first and only Kids Yoga studio dedicated to boosting the self-esteem and self-efficacy of Black children. We are hosting a 5 day event focused on Self-Esteem Building in the Black child. This event will include yoga, meditation, art, games and more.
