Four years ago today, Access Strength opened its doors in the midst of the pandemic! We were all masked, in search of some normalcy; and while we were a LONG way from resuming normal life, we aimed to offer New Orleans a safe place to get a great workout! We are immensely grateful to everyone who trusted us with their lives, as we navigated those uncharted waters; and overwhelmingly thankful to everyone, trainers and trainees, who’ve made Access Strength a success!

“The slow and controlled approach to strength training has been the foundation of my fitness and wellness program for the past couple of years. The Access Strength approach has helped me significantly improve my core strength and nearly eliminate my formerly debilitating back pain. Safe and effective, I recommend Access Strength to anyone looking to build their strength and wellness without all of the ‘noise’ that comes with big commercial fitness centers.” - John Lewis, 63
