Happy Monday! Happy New Week, Happy New Month, and welcome to June πͺ΄πͺ΄
Today, we are once again shining the spotlight on Jethro and Duty for their exceptional performances yesterday, where both athletes achieved impressive new personal bests.
Their success is no coincidence. It is the result of weeks of dedication, disciplined training, balanced nutrition and unwavering commitment to the program designed by Coach Ludwig Dirksz. Day after day, they have trusted the process, stayed focused on their goals, and put in the work required to improve.
Their efforts paid off in a big way on a certified fast 10K course, with Jethro Saint Fleur clocking a remarkable new PB of 32:22 and Duty K**k setting a fantastic new PB of 33:52. These performances are a testament to what can be achieved through consistency, patience and determination.
Every early morning, every challenging workout, every recovery session and every healthy choice has contributed to this achievement. Personal bests are not just numbers on a clockβthey are milestones that reflect growth, sacrifice and perseverance.
As we begin a new month, Jethro and Duty remind us that progress comes from showing up every day and staying committed to the journey, even when the results are not immediate. Their achievements are proof that when preparation meets opportunity, great things happen.
Congratulations once again, Jethro and Duty! We are incredibly proud of your accomplishments. Keep trusting the process, stay hungry and continue chasing excellence. This is only the beginning and we look forward to seeing what you achieve next. The best is yet to come πββοΈπ₯π

With its fast layout along Watty Vos Boulevard, this route continues to establish itself as one of the best places in Aruba to chase a personal best.
