Thank you for inviting us back out to share with everyone in the Ochsner Children’s tent! Our kids love to show off their skills and we’re grateful to be able to offer them this experience. Mestre Cocada and Professora Rosa came all the way from Brazil to share the stage and highlight the community they started here nearly 20 years ago. Thank you to our wonderful capoeira families, youth, and adults who were able to come out and make this show happen as well. Last but definitely not least, thank you to for supporting us and allowing this to happen alongside our Capoeira & Community 2026 events this year! Axé. •
