Hey y’all, we closed our store on June 30, for good. We are selling some bike items that were in my personal collection or left over inventory. Check them out of Ebay. Most items will be listed under my account. I’m starting the bidding way lower than what I was charging at the store so look out for stuff you used to buy from me. Hey y’all, our mechanic for today got hit by a car and is in the hospital right now. Will not open today. Will be back on Thursday

We have all of our bikes for sale. New bikes are 20% off.

We are also selling our rental fleet starting at $150.00 for a single speed cruiser ($200.00 with a Kryptonite U-Lock, a front rechargeable light, a rear battery operated light, and helmet. All items are used from our rental fleet.) Our hybrid bikes are $275.00 by themselves and $325.00 with the same lock, light, and helmet from our rental inventory.

Why buying a used bike from Us is better than buying ANY other used bike:

1. Our bikes are idle most of the year. They probably get used anywhere from 40-75 days out of the year. Other used bikes are being used almost every day.

2. If something didn't work in our bikes during assembly, it got fixed right away. Other used bikes might be abused before a mechanic gets a change to see that something is wrong.

3. If any part of the bike was not working properly after continued use, it got upgraded. Aftermarket parts are usually better quality than parts that come on the bike from the factory. Even the same brand as our bike sold to a regular person might not get a chance to get these upgrades. So even if the same looking bike is in better shape cosmetically, it has not had the proper upgrades.

4. Our bikes are stored indoors in climate controlled rooms. We hear from a lot of our customers that people in New Orleans are hard pressed to find room inside their homes for their bikes. Even bikes stored in sheds or under cover will still be subject to extreme heats and uncomfortable colds. These fluctuations in ambient temperature can affect the life of tires, chains, grips, etc.

5. Our used bikes will be overhauled before you take them home. Ads for used bikes on craigslist usually tell you that "it just needs a new tube," but when you bring the bike to the shop for a new tube, you find out it needs hubs overhauled, wheels trued, chain replaced, brakes adjusted, shifters and derailleurs adjusted, and sometimes more.

6. We put tire liners inside the tires of most of our rentals so that we would not have to go out there and fix flats for our rental customers. Other used bikes may not have tire liners.
